in my personal opinion, blockland is one of the best games of all time. even if your not into the whole building thing, theres elements from all kinds! i think badspot should get a little online advertising, because (once again, my personal opinion) blockland doesnt seem so popular, it doesnt get half the credit it deserves.

i agree. maybe my sis will make a blockland banner. she is really good at making banners. then we just put it as advertisment.

But yea, advertising brings more people that don't have a clue what they're doing. Its a tossup, really; more people, or less people but less noobs?

I'd love new people, but the thing with Banner ads is they DO attract noobs. I very very rarely click on banner ads, no matter how good they look, purely as they are targeted at annoying brats with generous parents who pay for the stuff. I really only go for games that I stumble upon or are told about by friends. My brother actually found Blockland for me, he's young and noobish, proves my point really. :D

Does anyone here have any idea how much advertising costs? 
Although it would depend on the popularity of where you're advertising.

Also, it's not new people that I hate, it's new people that have no idea wtf they're doing, and treat people like they're not even real people (Constantly hammering / shooting people in the face)

I thought that was only free to put the ads on your site to make moneys.
