Just an idea I'm throwing around. There will be "Guest Passes" available on the day of; but you can't get everywhere with them.

I understand the concern; as I mentioned players who don't reserve tickets can still get them in-game, and they will be given access to MOST sessions and events.

Decorative reasons, this will also give me an idea of how many people to expect so it isn't a complete failure because there's not enough seating, etc.

I am considering removing the tickets idea however. I will talk it over with the team.

Updated the OP for better information on the booth building process. I have also removed the session application; I will be asking booths and other players/servers if they want to host a session.

EDIT: MiniBuilds are also wanted now! See the OP for details.

Make them register on the forums for a VIP pass that doesn't do more than allows you to go "backstage" where they can get some drinks and snacks.
Nobody loses much of the server for not registering and people can find themselves important when they do register.

Anyone up for a Pokemon World RPG booth? I can do a functioning gym battle or something if I have time.

I have determined that registering/getting a ticket will give you access to the expo hall before the opening ceremony.

also closing minibuilds, gonna make them myself.
