not being able to chat kills some of it for me. The only reliable way to keep players is by having slmething for them to do, and not allowing chat limits the reason of going there to only seeing the booths

that and not everyone is available that one day. although you may have events over 24 hours, be considerate to those not in your time zone

They will still be able to chat during breaks, most sessions will be like 15-30 minutes apart so that we can set up.

Yeah, sorry, not hosting at 4 am. I'm planning the event around US timezones and GMT/BST; although some events may be unattendable for UK.
