Its client_teamspeak and/or server_teamspeak either way.

Its a mod that detects your team speak 3 and puts it on blockland.
Its kinda cool,but sometimes it glitches out were it doesn't show the voice chat's and chat.

Excuse me; it's that chat voice add-on that allows us to prevent players from chatting, while "voicing" other players/admins to allow them to chat.

What do you mean "voice chat mod"? For blockland?

It's a mod that disables everyone's chats on the server. You can add exceptions to it in RTB prefs by adding the IDs of players that you want to have a "voice." I used it in all 10 of my basketball tournaments.
