no, you can print then uh some people use them for bricks or thin walls. usually listed under the "special" tab and above them it lists the name "panels"

Those are definitely part of the One Random Brickpack as I just checked the zip file for the bricks and the icons. Try re-dowloading it from the link in that thread. If the problem still persists, try finding the conflicting add-on.
