I literally just watched a documentary on this. A gay man went into Uganda and told the person who wrote the Kill the Gays bill he was gay. He almost got arrested and imprisoned for life, as well as the tapes of the interview seized.

This is what happens when religious fundamentalism takes over a country. Watch out for anti gay politicians here lest we end up like this intolerant hellhole.
