Don't think that's gonna help your cause, you obviously took the screenshots at different angles/lighting to try and make it look different. You also could have deleted a few leaves.
And that quote is before matador did a further inspection. I think it's safe to say the tree is out of question atm, and you're just an ass.

Brickitect kind of has the events twisted in the OP, but basically he assumed full control of the server and I just didn't take it anymore and asked him to shut the server down so I could find another method where I can have some kind of control over what happens in the server.
