its the "super metroid guide, may 1994" at the very bottom of the page.

one of the people who designed samus claims "サムス は女ではなく,  じつはニューハーフである。" which translates roughly to "Samus is not a woman, as a matter of fact, she is transloveual”. a lot of sources say "shemale" instead of transloveual but when i put it in google translate it says transloveual. but either way they kinda mean the same thing.




this may technically be old news, but i never see it get talked about or referenced. so i assume it isn't that well known.
