Let's leave the words Noob and Newb alone and say there are two categorys:
1. Beginners:
Player that are new to the game.
2. Trolls/handicaps:
handicapped starfishs or people that want to passivly enslave your mind and manpower so they don't have to use theirs.
Well, I give them a few chances, whack em with the Destructo Wand a bit, run after them (It's fun for me).
Destroy what they have build, waiting so it's worth to destroy it etc.
In most cases it only takes about 10 minutes until they give up and leave the server, because they aren't even able to annoy anyone anymore xD
and if it's a beginner I teach em how to properly build, use macros, that it's best to use baseplates, it's best to use least possible bricks, not use too much emitters and lights, remove unneaded bricks (used for tool spawning), remove their spam from the server.
