Yup. I just said that. I know its hard but if someone could make the mod it'll be amazing and useful for my servers!

That's not possible unfortunately. Badspot would have to implement it in the engine and he isn't going to do that.

That would rape every server that spawns more than 3 vehicles, the ping would skyrocket. Also low end devices like mine would go on strike.
Also, yes, engine limitations.
