Alright, here's my opinion on it:

For what they have, it's amazing. It runs perfectly at +60 FPS even in it's current state. As of now, the only things to do are play a round of Ball Race, customize your condo, and run around in the Plaza. No alpha is without it's flaws, though, I have encountered multiple game-breaking bugs (and countless minor bugs) and will be reporting them later today.

I haven't tried multiplayer yet, going to try it today. I will post pics later.

gmod tower worked because it was free, and anybody could hop onto the server if they owned gmod which you would buy since it also includes being able to play every other cool gmod server. but i don't think a lot of people besides very dedicated fans of the server will buy tower unite if it's just an improved version of gmod tower and the minigames it has.

You can host your own Tower Unite server. It's not going to die anytime soon, and I'm assuming that they're going to be adding a plethora more than GMT had, as well as way more neat features to add incentive to buy.

Also, placing stuff in your condo is real buggy at the moment, 1/2 of the time the item just goes back into your inventory if you try to place it. I do like how you can access the stores from your condo though and I hope this feature stays in-game.
