The Crosshair should get darker the more damage you've taken.

That would be too small a change to notice. If anything it should be that your screen stays red when you are hurt and you heal after not taking damage for x amount of time.

Badspot knows best.  he put a helth bar in vanella BL but he figurd it mesed things up
and he took it out for the Retal

Badspot removed the health bar because he thought it pulled your focus away from the gameplay. I agree but i still like to be able to check my health. Also the health bar as well as everything else on the hud was very obstructive in .0002 where as my health bar script uses the energy bar, you know like in fuel jet player.

Do you have a health bar in real life?

Noob.  If you take some bullets to the chest and you're bleeding out, your body knows your "health bar" is in the red.  There's no way for us to innately know that in Blockland.  I would be up for some sort of health indication that blends with the UI.

Exactly. Also if you get punched in the face you're gonna not only feel the pain but you're also gonna feel the smashed muscles that are going to develop into a bruise. Even if bruises or bullet holes were implemented, you wouldn't really have much time to check your body for them. Maybe when your health is 25% you start breathing a bit heavy.

I don't think we need to go to that extreme.  A simple health HUD would suffice.  We don't need to see numbers like %50 or anything like that.

I said that when your health is below 25% you would start breathing deeply and your vision would become blurred. This would only work if your health regenerated. But i still kinda prefer my health bar script. Though i still need to finish setting up the pain particle emiter and add the pain sound.

Meh.  You're over complicating it.
