I am not sure to laugh at your incompetence to actually read the other side's argument, or cry that you act like a four year old holding his ears and saying "nah nah nah boo boo i caaaan't heeear you!!".

The problem isn't about WHAT IS accessible, it is the problem of the accessibility without any sort of proper and fair due process. Yes, tinfoil hat, blah blah, but with Microsoft's privacy policy, it says that they have access to personal files without a warrant. Which is bad and there is no need to have it.

But, of course, who knows, maybe Bill Gates is being black mailed by the NSA about some stuff they know about and they strong armed him into doing this .
