when booting computer it will show somewhere "press KEY to boot" or some stuff like that. press that
then boot from cd drive
install windows 10 again
tada

how would i reformat? i've never done it before.
Alternatively, just wait a while and that disk usage should go away.

Yes. My friend's computer did the exact same thing.

(A bit late but oh well) I just noticed that if you look at the page that links to this it's to the site about windows
Mobile devices. Which leaves me to believe that this policy is for there mobile os (phones&tablet)...not the PC version of Win 10. when you look at the page for Win 10 It leads you to this page. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/legal/intellectualproperty/copyright/default.aspx And I can't find anything like the above pic on any of the links on that page(outside of the mobile one) So I was wondering if the two are the same or if that only counts to windows mobile. Of course I could be wrong but I was wondering if this 20+page argument was just a misunderstanding. On a side note I can't find anything about Windows 10's ELUA/privacy statment so if someone could link/post it that would be nice...or the first link could be it. I don't know.
What you linked to is called the terms of service. It links to http://www.microsoft.com/privacystatement/en-us/core/default.aspx where if you click "Learn more" on "Reasons we share your information" you will see the exact same statement. As much as I wish it only applied to mobile devices, it unfortunately doesn't. :(

To be fair though, you should start adding the entire statement whenever that picture is posted. It's cut off at a point where it hides the reasons they'd do it. Nobody gets a fair opinion on it when they can't see that they only do it for court orders or fraud protection.

thanks based doomonkey. everything seems more buttery now.

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
sfc /scannow
CHKDSK C: /F

my dad's laptop has this stupid bug where every time you mouseover something or interact with something in the start menu after opening "All apps," the whole start menu starts getting dimmer until all of the icons are basically black
