in my defense, I was hoping that if he recognized and acknowledged that his mood was being swayed he'd be able to get past it sooner. I wasn't trying to instigate anything.
he really was acting jerky those last two responses, seriously.

like I couldn't get why he wouldn't just slow down for half a moment to look at the situation
The only posts that I was even remotely close to being upset about, I already addressed. The first was at Daedalus, which I immediately edited with a "disregard that"
The second was the "god damn it's right there" part to siren's past, which I only put there because of the "loving twat" part.
I addressed both of these already.
Muzzles "calm down" post came before that

and besides that, i kiiiind of addressed the situation in less words by saying that it's basically subjective to how the user of the site feels about what he's getting.
This is exactly what I did. Only I gave more detail on implications, and got told to calm down for it

Whether or not a site's practice of being a retailer is shady or not isn't subjective. Nobody could give a clear cut answer as to how it isn't shady or illegitimate, so it's to be assumed it is shady and illegitimate.

Considering this is a retail website where you spend physical cash, knowing the safety of the website is kind of a given before actually giving them your money.

well let's be fair, nobody who eats mcdonald's nuggets likes hearing about what goes into them, if you get what i mean.

well for this site it is. the whole site isn't shady, as some (i don't actually know how many lol) of the people offering keys and stuff at a discount are doing just that.

of course yeah then there's the guys who bought games on humblebundle for a penny and are selling them lower than retail price but higher than what they paid for, or maybe the keys were stolen.

but you can't say a grey market as a whole is completely shady. A quick google search of "grey market shady" basically gives results of "potentially shady," because things are being sold by individuals.

just bought Spec Ops: The Line from it for ~$5.  Worked just fine for me.

Working isn't the issue.

Isn't GMG technically a "grey market" thing as mentioned before. Because if that is, I don't see the issue.

No. Some third party sellers are authorized to sell keys, including GOG, GMG, and humble bundle
Unauthorized ones include g2a and kinguin
