His 'deal' is that he is trying to attain attention from people for being 'forgeted up'. It's a very classic attention-whore maneuver that's practically inline with trolling.

Feigning stuff like rape and child abuse for attention and sympathy is not okay. It's a tad over the line even for this kid's standards.
