Super Drugged Up Guy

He has ridiculous speed from the start, but everything else is bad, but increases rapidly when you level up.
When you would say "Hello there.", he says "UH-HELLO-THERE-MAN".
You get him after the first dungeon in an alleyway in minion world, a dystopian future where minions rule the world.

In order to add him to your party you have to buy him some heroine.

I dont need party members right now, and if i did, it'd have to be some kind of famous person or video game character.

PS: I'm alot less likely to put your suggestion in my game if its something you edited/made yourself. Or if it looks like something made in paint.

in the richard dungeon for an obstacle, there can be a truck blocking an alley, and you have to find gas to start the truck and move it

Clinton, Riddler, and Hatred Guy get bored so they go back to the White Power House and try to do president stuff or something but OH stuff TERRORISTS loving EVERYWHERE WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OA so now you and Hatred Guy have to fite da terowists and defuse a super bomb (the boss fight) before all of America loving blows up. Along the way one of your Secret Service agents turns out to be [insert funny character here] and he joins your party.
