It's a (Simon) Cow(ell)
I have no idea what he's gonna be the best at. You can do that part.
His starting skills are gonna be:
Buzzer (Youchoosehowmuchitcosts). Plays the denied beep while putting an X over the selected opponent.
Get off the stage! (Again, you choose). He shouts at the enemy to get off the stage, maybe throw something.
Moo. (Get it? I'm taking the piss of his name.... eh? EH? ... ok I'll sit over there.) It's a weak move but not so weak that it makes you feel like you just got pricked.
The items he can wear are jackets, sunglasses and watches for the head, arm and body bit. His weapon is a buzzer.
