it'll fix your sleep schedule but you probably won't be thinking very well the next day

but it's better if you wake up earlier

no. it doesn't. you just get forgeted for the next day or two and you stay up just as late as usual. force yourself to wake up earlier instead.

This is what I need to do instead of staying up till 6AM every night and sleeping till 2PM aha.

All-nighters to fix schedules generally don't work.

All nighters don't work to fix schedules. Force yourself to wake up early. You'll be miserable for a little bit but it's way more effective in the long run.

i heard going camping for a night or two helps your internal clock

This.

Here is how I fixed my sleeping:
Set an alarm at an early time (9am is a good starter if you have enough days to knock it down) and put the alarm clock across your room. This way when you wake up you have to get your ass out of bed to turn off the alarm. When you start moving you'll wake up enough to get some coffee or something.

Try and get to sleep at 3, wake up at 9. Put several alarms around 9 and ask someone who lives with you to wake you up then, provided that they are awake themselves.
Work with those 6 hours until 11 that day, go to bed and wake up at 7 tomorrow. ez
