Roleplay Chat mods that work with Slayer?

What other RP Chat mods are out there besides Bluzone's RPChat+? I've tried it but anytime RPChat+ and Slayer are enabled my game crashes. What about Local Chat?

The problem with local chat is that if you press Y to do OOC, it ends up just doing teamchat, which can be really annoying when you have more than one team for your RP.
