With these things, it can really be hit or miss. It's a lot harder to go wrong in the higher price ranges ($1500 + or so), but below that you have to know what you're looking for and look at what other people are saying - a lot. Still, you can get a good one for a few hundred - this one was $364. A more common price for hobbyist machines is $500 - $600. This one is cheaper in part due to the fact that it requires full assembly and is not enclosed.

Also, slow down, folks. I don't have it yet. :P
