Do you even know what services are?
A lot of them just have acronyms for names because it's not something people commonly look through
'gpsvc' 'bdesvc' 'uxsms' 'msdtc' 'ikeext' 'iccs' 'iphlpsvc' 'lltdsvc' are just a few of the "random letter" looking services I found, only going a quarter of the way through my service list, and they're all entirely legit if you want to google them
