Well I follow rggbn's rules, and he says 1 rdm=10 minutes, so I don't know, really, but also RDM isnt much of a problem now, usually the victims are the problem, they usually say you're "Too lazy" if you say to wait until next round, when usually it's because they're mafia and I don't want to ruin it.

Also yes, you should ban Psionic, he's RDMed loads (I'm pretty sure) and insulted an admin.
