zack and plasti tried to open their chests and harvest their crops but they couldn't, the blocks would just instantly reappear when plasti tried to modify his house

it's only admins that can do anything

fyi, the shop isn't working and a few items in the item frames have disappeared. also i can't remember which but a few other commands such as tpahere and others which normally players should have permissions to, don't work for non admins.
