They're asking you how you play it. The only thing that they see right now is that the only thing to do is to grind. Explain how you play the game.
You literally play it like any mmo. Start off with stuff gear, kill low level enemies, get better stuff, go into instances and kill mobs until you reach the bosses, then you move to another planet, all the while you're unlocking new abilities, building bases and crafting gear.
