It seems like the only person the police shot this time was somebody who opened fire on a crowd. It sucks that there's turmoil in Ferguson but it doesn't seem like the police department did anything wrong yesterday. (Besides maybe mishandling protestors? I don't have the details)

There's actually been a guy who is living on top of a billboard in St Louis. He plans to stay up there until the city manages to go one week without a murder. He got within hours of coming down once, but then a double murder happened. He's been up there for a couple months now and instinct tells me he'll be up there a lot longer.
