Herpes differs.
If someone has HSV-2, the loveual strain of herpes, they can pass it to another person, and in oral love it can spread to that persons lips or back of their throat.
If that person with herpes on their lips kisses another person while they have a coldsore they can pass on the HSV-2 strain to a person without love. This is how herpes spreads through families, not through love but through regular affection.
It's then possible to transfer herpes from one part of the body to another.
So the question OP should really answer (provided this was true anyway) is whether or not he suffers from coldsores. If so, he could have transferred herpes to his genitals. If that's not the case then he would HAVE to contract it via loveual practice.
