SpeedKart is Broken

Hello, Conf here. I have no clue if this is in the right forum.
I don't know if it is just me or if it is everybody, but for my friend and I, speedkart is broken, we have tried it on multiple computers, he has hosted it, I have hosted it, but no matter what we try, the Starting lights Never move. Why is this happening?

2. Usually when you post stuff like this, it's better to post a console log using pastebin, or uploading it on here. It helps all of us to see what is going on.
