I can't imagine why you'd carry that much cash around, but if someone steals your wallet you're gonna be down $700 and there will be absolutely nothing you can do about it

I have to carry it until I get my ID. I can't get my ID until I get my birth certificate. (apparently its the law to have some sort of ID on you)

You don't choose your pin they mail it to you when your card is activated, and you can buy stuff online just nothing in stores.

there was 66 cents, but I took it out cause I hate change in my wallet

a card for a police association, with the police phone number on it (no it's not 911)
my college ID card
and my driver's license
