I think anyone who frequents Youtube already knows what this game is because Game Grumps/Steam Train played it, Markiplier played it, Vinny/Vinesauce played it, now even Critikal's played it

It's probably a joke as it parodies the Sonic fandom and their many strange special interestes

"Sonic" and "Tails" lead to some DeviantArt images which I am too afraid to click on, based on the things seen in the game itself (and, to an extent, the Bad/weird stuff you see on DeviantArt thread as well.)
"Fans Only" leads to a website called chao.garden and "Forums" leads to what is likely a related forum.
