To answer your question, i was using this server sided mod that you can keybind different phrases too. Once the binded key is pressed, your player will shout a command. The original voice overs were the Scout from TF2. However i went in, made a custom audio description, and added my own Voice overs.


Whenever you hear "Frag Out" or "Reloading"  those sounds are built into the guns i have, which i have released.

Oh, cool!
Remember getting kinda annoyed with the "Frag out!" and "Reloading!" ones sometimes, like in DMs, where it gives away your location, or that you're gun's empty.

Funny thing is on the web browser for both it and the New 3ds its way better than the app.


I think I know what OP is talking about but it might be another "private" addon....and that's really loving stupid, because privatization only hurts BL.
