Don't fret. It's normal. If she's anywhere near a decent, normal human being, then she will understand that as well.
Get a lock or if that's not possible, get a sign that says please knock or something. But after her walking in on you, I'm sure she will now remember to knock or something without even telling her.
Don't make it more awkward than it needs to be.
