Working download of Iban's Pipe Wrench?

Anyone have a working DL for Iban's Pipe Wrench? When I try to download it on Daprog's RTB Archive it gives me a blank page that says this:

that looks like the .zip file, as opened as text?

What pagestretch? Are you viewing this on something less than a 800x600 or is my monitor resolution to big to notice it?
