The Pasdaran watchmen eye your envoys, then escort them to the Pasdaran capital of Shirvan. One envoy returns with news of trade rights and mutual embassies. Your other envoy will remain in the city and return when he has gathered more information about our neighbors.
Add to the constitution the basis of a justice system, wherein people shall be tried in criminal court by the council (or their appointees) and a jury of 9 peers.
Civil disputes is not criminalized if violent (defending honor, etc.), but push for people to take it to the courts in civil cases.

Our population has grown to 225. We have finished researching Currency, and may now employ the use of a currency. We have also finished researching ways to more finely tune our extraction of copper. A masonry and mine shaft have been queued for construction by our Grand Sharif. Our walls have finished construction.
The current draft of the Constitution of Ebenburough is as follows:
Amendment I: Freedom of worship. Citizens may not be persecuted or punished for their faith.
Amendment II: Freedom of speech. Citizens may not be persecuted or punished for what they say or write.
Amendment III: Right to own land. Self explanatory.
Amendment IV: Right to equal treatment. No citizen is permitted to be discriminated against because of their religious persuasion, skin color, or reason aside from criminal history.
Amendment V: Right to a fair trial. Citizens convicted of a crime must be proven guilty in a court of law (we do not have a court of law yet).
Amendment VI: The Grand Khalifa must be an anime girl. No other form of being is allowed to lead the Edenburough Caliphate (this will impeach al-Falcon and remove Abu Bakr's status as next in line).
Amendment VII: Right to petition. Citizens and leaders may call votes to reform the government or political treatises. A 2/3 majority of the population is required to pass or remove a council member or amendment.
If there are no further objections, then this will be put into effect.
