Our additions and changes to the Constitution of Ebenburough preceding the rights of the people are this:
1. Our government will be reformed from a meritocracy into a constitutional democratic meritocracy (adopting this constitution will reform it into a constitutional meritocracy regardless. The "democratic" adjective used here is to denote the existence of a senate).
2. We will establish a second seat of government known variably as the People's Senate where citizens may gather to vote on issues.
3. The Estate of Allah will be renamed the Seat of the Order.
4. The Grand Council will be renamed the Grand Order.
5. An additional member will be added to the Grand Order known as the Grand Sheikh.
6. The Grand Sheikh is elected by the people and represents the desires of the people in the Grand Council's deliberations.
7. We shall create a supreme court to maintain order and establish justice. The Grand Emir will assume the role of its judge.

The edited draft of the Constitution of Ebenburough is as follows:
Amendment I: Freedom of worship. Citizens may not be persecuted or punished for their faith. *We may no longer have a preferred state religion. The Grand Ayatollah receives authority over all religious residents.

Oh whoops I thought I addressed that before. Our scouts discovered the existence of what seems to be an island between the rivers. The one that travels southeast leads into a much larger body of water while the one to the southwest wraps around. There was nothing out of the ordinary aside from Pasdaran traders fording the river.
