Let me clean this up a bit: Khalid, fearing that this nation is veering down a path he feels goes against the original principles upon which it was founded (a caliphate centered around the worship of Islanime), accidentally dies while trying to run away. He attempted to cross the river to the south, except he forgot he can't swim. And died.

As a result, our only other leader, Emir Mohammed al-Faruq, has become the new Grand Emir. Mohammed, a shrewd man of strict discipline and great honor, was led under the banner of Khalid. i think the reason this happened is because the constitution was too overloaded with changes, and now we've got stuff like supreme courts and an education system, and justice system out of nowhere

all we really needed were 2 amendments, right to own land and right to worship, not 6 in total

1. Our government will be reformed from a meritocracy into a constitutional democratic meritocracy (adopting this constitution will reform it into a constitutional meritocracy regardless. The "democratic" adjective used here is to denote the existence of a senate).
2. We will establish a second seat of government known variably as the People's Senate where citizens may gather to vote on issues.
3. The Estate of Allah will be renamed the Seat of the Order.
4. The Grand Council will be renamed the Grand Order.
5. An additional member will be added to the Grand Order known as the Grand Sheikh.
6. The Grand Sheikh is elected by the people and represents the desires of the people in the Grand Council's deliberations.
7. We shall create a supreme court to maintain order and establish justice. The Grand Emir will assume the role of its judge.

I don't really have a problem with you, or Annaism. Literally our first act as a response to its founding was force five citizens into exile. It just proved that our nation isn't really keen on this whole freedom of religion thing, which is why our Khalid did an hero, and Mohammed is now staging a coup.
