Judicial system is informal, practically. It, in my mind, would have been review by the council and then punishment by trial. This is a small af country.
The senate is unnecessary and is not needed (for such a low population). People should be able to attend all meritocratic meetings and should be able to offer input (like how a Board of Education works in mostly all school systems).
The education system, like I said, should be casual and should be directed towards simple calligraphy, communication, and simple skills deemed necessary. Like, "all kids go to an area and learn things under a bridge like your future Indian brethren".
We don't need to be a Caliphate, forget that. We don't need to have an official religion.
This is a small country, and my propositions were inappropriate for a small country with two towns.
