its worth noting that the only way to get some of things listed in the OP is through mods, but if you're cool with downloading some stuff then you'll get most of the things your looking for in A3.

No mans sky. Its an open world (survival?) FPS in a generated space thing wich is p heug. You can mine resources or whatever to sell it but im bot sure if you can build. Its going to be released late 2015, early 2016

If no one has mentioned it yet Just cause 2 is a game i enjoyed with the explosions and everything There is also a multiplayer mod on steam no p2p and overall i just think its a good game

Now that it's out, MGSV PP HOLY YES!
Open world.
Sandbox, you can approach a mission from any angle/customize mother base.
Player progression (sorta).
Online with invading other peoples mother base.
And it's just REALLY loving GOOD.
