kaldor and co try the banish again on bobbery

The UIA Mk. 3 merges into the Kaldor & Co. fleet and fires its singularity beam into the void banishment beam.  The beams begin to spiral around each other and grow more dense.

Also since I can't become a boss any more, begin production of a revival beam on the UIA.  (Insta-revives one player per turn)

Also Ima make a stats post because it's becoming hard to keep track of what the UIA can or cannot do.
