How was officer Tennpenny not arrested after making deals with the Ballas in GTA: San Andreas?

In FPS games, Do allied NPCs actually do any damage when shooting or are they just there for decoration
Ive always wondered this while playing a Halo game
"I seem to be mowing down baddies by myself but do my marines actually help or are those gunshots fake"
at least in Halo, friendly units do damage. in the first game if put it on easy mode you basically didnt have to play when marines were on the map
cod's a whole nother thing, though. im convinced that cod teammate AI doesn't load their guns with bullets, just blanks


Archer in FF Tactics: Charging an attack. If they don't move, archer will fire straight at them.
If they move one space towards you... archer arcs the arrow over them to hit the empty tile.

And this isn't like a "logic makes it no fun situation" either like, why can't the archer just hit the target instead of being one of the most useless classes.

why are shotguns more effective at long range than snipers in battlefield 4?

it's because in gta 4 there exists a mechanic where the more you hang out with a friend the more they like you, if they like you they will provide special services like delivering guns or transporting you around town for free.

why can't you take an assault rifle and a submachine gun in left 4 dead  instead of having to wield an assault rifle and a pistol/melee weapon


If animals witness your crimes in skyrim, you get bounty.

- guards let you go when your "time" is up or something like that
- you can keep big stuff in your suit even a minigun or a fire exe
- gym bags are crime related stuff
- guards can sometimes see you through a wall xd
- also you vanish into air when custody time is up
