from my *limited experience* people 17 and under aren't really good at holding their liquor and for the most part just end up acting like annoying kids

My fellow 19/20 year olds can be bad enough, let alone people half a decade younger.

I think this would be the second or third time now everyone has told him to just call the police and get it over with and he's decided not to anyway.
