Yeah no stuff alcohol is poison. But teens experimenting with alcohol is happening in millions of different places around the world right now. It's a thing teenagers do. It's a thing I've done countless times. It's something my father used to do. Occasionally drinking at a party won't kill you. I do. Age has literally nothing to do with it, the fact that you think 15 year olds don't go to parties is fairly revealing of your social situation. You're acting like everyone who drinks either dies or majorly forgets up their life. All I'm saying is that that isn't true, and if your teenage sibling is drinking with her friends that you should make the rational assumption that they won't all tragically die. But honestly who cares, as I don't think OP was ever planning to call the police in the first place. He would have done it by now.

If you look at it from a situational view, then he has a good point. I guarantee by the time you are 16-17 you'll have been involved in a social situation involving harmless experimentation of alcohol at some point or another, and I'm sure you wouldn't want some 13 year old ruining the fun.
