Most jokes are offensive at different levels to different people. That's the way the world works.
I call my friends bitches all the time. Some of them are boys, some are girls. Doesn't mean i'm misogynistic because I call my female friends 'bitches'

Depends on how normalised it is in that group I guess? If it's completely normalised, there would be no connection to what we consider to be tribal or derogatory. At that point they're just words.

To be honest, I make fun of everybody. It's called the 'stuff on everybody' rule. As long as you're offending everybody at once, you aren't targeting a specific population.

Sure, you can chose to be offended. But that's just you. You're one person compared to the other 2 million or so people that find it hilarious.
