Brazil counters that while this is a good idea, it would require the consent of the USSR as well.

Brazil suggests they use "red capitalism", in where the two ideals would be mixed.

Deoxy, the thing is, you split a nation into 3 factions, you have to choose one and let nonnel control the others as NPCs IMO.
