In Saudi Arabia, Chinese surveyors have located around a dozen potential oil well locations. With Saudi Arabia's permission, China will dig in all of these areas and establish oil fields in the places deemed sufficient. China will allow the Saudi government to slowly buy and nationalize the fields after year five of Chinese ownership.
