How strict is your school?

What does "written up" mean to you?
In my school it basically meant "sent to the office" so I'm not sure if you actually got in trouble, or if the principal/whoever you talked to said "wtf you can't get in trouble for that" and let you go

there was a time my school tried writing me up for being absent from my last two classes one day

i missed them because i was taking a coding class at a tech college that my hs requested i attend. they got me out of school then try to get me in trouble for missing the classes they got me out of lol
so its like on one hand they'll pull unfair tricks like that, but then on the other they let me bail 3rd period the whole first 3 weeks of second semester to go play with lego at the neighboring elementary school no questions asked. i bet if i pushed my luck i could have stayed there all day

Unrelated but still involving taxes, my parents were mad for a while because they had to pay taxes to fund schools when we didn't even use them, so we were essentially paying to send other people's kids to school. It'd probably make them angrier had they known schools would be shoving their views on kids.

In my school, you have verbal warning, written up (where you sign a paper stating your warning so the next time you can't get off the hook), the sanction (your parents and you must sign a paper), leaving sanction (same as a sanction but you're sent home), suspention, and finally, expulsion.

at my middleschool a few years ago i looked into something, http://gop.gov and http://nra.org
were both banned for something, dont remember the exact wording, but it was banned for like
the attempt to teach people how to build firearms or something

I think out of everybody at my community college, I have the most issues with my English professor. She always starts class several minutes early so even when I'm on time, I'm late. The thing that bothers me most is when I walk in there after she has closed the door. It is so awkward going in there especially since she says absolutely nothing about it. I'd much rather be put on the spot by having words directed at me than everyone just kinda watching silently as I make my way through the front of the class, past her desk, and to my seat.

My calculus teacher is cool though. I once got into class 15 minutes late due to car trouble, thus missing over 25% of the class time. He just said, "Good morning!" as if I'd walked in normally and just resumed writing on the board.

any senior prank of any kind can result in criminal charges and not obtaining your GED, only if you're caught however.
