How to deal with a student who doesn't know what hygeine is

I am constantly followed by a student who I swear does not shower, he either smells like piss or sweat most of the time and denies that he smells like that. My entire class has told him he smells and yet he still denies it, another thing is he has dandruff really bad and would constantly lean back and rub his head causing dandruff to fall all over my paper and stuff. He is always poking me, trying to get my attention, or barging in on conversations with friends where he is not welcome.

I'd report him then. It's not fair that you have to put up with his stink.

And he needs a wakeup call too.
You can't expect to get a job if you stink when you go in for a job interview.
Even a little bit of personal hygiene goes a long way.
