So im failing science and when i got my progress report from science, it showed me missing alot of papers, which i remember turning in, she was fired from her old teaching job in fluberville (texas) for not handing out papers and failing everyone, even the smartest kids in school are either having c's or are failing, i have a 44 in her class, what do i do? and what is she doing?

Make a petition with your class or something, that is if they give a stuff.
Or ask your parent(s) to contact the teacher to prove to her you are doing your work.

thats not possible. im fairly certain if a principal is ignoring students then thats illegal

How would you even know how she got fired at her last job? Did she proudly declare it to the class?

If the issue is being caused by the teacher, then report it to the principal. If he genuinely doesn't care about the class' education and only about money, then report him to the superintendent of your school's district.

However, if the issue is being caused by a lack of effort on your part and you're justifying it by saying everyone else is doing poorly, then the problem's on you.
