After hours upon hours of stuffty level design, artificial difficulty(Mostly due to the level design), and a great soundtrack, you go on a drug trip and start massacring the forget out of everyone before finding a rainbow stairway to heaven. Cue credits and then a massive "forget you" scene where everyone gets nuked.
