hl2 had the pulse rifle and the gravity gun, and definitely didn't have the tau cannon, hornet gun, snarks, laser mines, satchel charges...
there's probably a few more, but that's like 7 differences in core concepts at the least

Well... technically Half-Life 2 had the Tau Cannon, though it was mounted to the buggy.

I remember when I tried to make a Half-Life 1 weapons pack 6 years ago but it flopped because I was 12 years old and a stuffty coder. I may revisit the idea now that I'm getting a bit better at coding but I may need an external modeler because I suck at modeling.

Either way I'll give it a shot. Eventually.
